Zumba

Zumba combines traditional Latin dance styles, including salsa, mambo, cha-cha, cumbia and merengue, as well as hip-hop and belly dancing moves.


Body Sculpt
 
Body sculpt (or core conditioning) is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, with primary focus on building your core strength.


Yoga
 
Yoga is the practice of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health using various postures, exercises, positions, stretching, and breathing. For many, it's a way of life.
 
If you have a yoga mat, please bring it to class.

Kettlebell


Kettlebell  has a simple and functional design which allows you to perform movements while developing strength and endurance. You’ll challenge all the muscles in your body from grip to glutes, slash fat quickly, build muscular strength and endurance, increase flexibility, and boost your energy.

1 Month Unlimited Classes $40:  Non-member $70
