For those wanting to improve balance, strengthen bones and muscles. Good for any age, but designed for those over 50.


Weighted body bars improve core strength and are used for a variety of exercises for the whole body. Available in various weights.

Hatha Yoga
Yoga is the practice of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health using various postures, exercises, positions, stretching, and breathing. For many, it's a way of life.

SilverSneakers® Classic

Move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase strength and range of motion. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for support.


Kettlebell has a simple and functional design which allows you to perform movements while developing strength and endurance. You’ll challenge all the muscles in your body from grip to glutes, build muscular strength and endurance, increase flexibility, and boost your energy. Available in various weights.
