PiYo is a combination of both Pilates and Yoga movements which utilizes your body weight to increase strength, improve balance, as well as the principles of stretching.

Fit Over 50

For those wanting to improve balance, strengthen bones and muscles. Good for any age, but designed for those over 50.


Zumba combines traditional Latin dance styles, including salsa, mambo, cha-cha, cumbia and merengue, as well as hip-hop and belly dancing moves.

Body Sculpt
Body sculpt (core conditioning) is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, with primary focus on building your core strength. Of course,
we always work our butt and gut, too!


Kettlebell has a simple and functional design which allows you to perform movements while developing strength and endurance. You’ll challenge all the muscles in your body from grip to glutes, slash fat quickly, build muscular strength and endurance, increase flexibility, and boost your energy.

Yoga is the practice of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health using various postures, exercises, positions, stretching, and breathing. For many, it's a way of life.
