Cardio Kick
Monday's 6pm - 6:45pm
Cardio Kick is a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts. This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, cardiovascular, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance.
Body Sculpting
Monday's 6:55pm - 7:25pm
Body Sculpting consists of total body conditioning and targeted muscle toning exercises to lose fat and inches, tighten skin and reduce cellulite, flatten the belly and strengthen arms and shoulders.
Kettlebell
Wednesday's 6pm - 6:30pm
Kettlebellhas a simple and functional design which allows you to perform movements while developing strength and endurance. You’ll challenge all the muscles in your body from grip to glutes, slash fat quickly, build muscular strength and endurance, Increase flexibility, and boost your energy.
Ab Fusion
Wednesday's 6:40pm - 7:25pm
Ab Fusion consists of a mix of exercises to strengthen, tone, and stretch the core muscles of the abdomen and back. The class combines a variety of ab exercises, including hip hop moves.
Zumba
Saturday's 10am - 10:45am
Zumba combines traditional Latin dance styles, including salsa, mambo, cha-cha, cumbia and merengue, as well as hip-hop and belly dancing moves.
